The water, gas, or power line comes first

A washer has a water line, a dryer or stove may have a gas line, and every appliance needs the power off before it moves. Unplug it, shut the water valve, and for a gas line have a licensed plumber cap it before removal day. Once it is safely disconnected, we handle the lift and the haul. Fridges and freezers hold refrigerant the law controls

Refrigerators and freezers contain refrigerant, and California rules require that gas to be removed by a certified handler before the unit is scrapped. You cannot just leave a fridge at the curb. It has to go to a facility set up to pull the refrigerant first. We take it to the right place.

Most old appliances are mostly recyclable metal

A washer, dryer, or stove is mostly steel, so it can go to a metal recycler instead of the landfill. That keeps heavy metal out of the dump. We sort appliances to recyclers where we can. Clearing a whole laundry room or kitchen? Add our furniture removal or a full cleanout.
